North/South Park, Downtown San Diego, Rancho Peñasquitos, La Jolla, Scripps Ranch, and even La Mesa, Coronado and Chula Vista. Message us if you're interested in In-Home Training (Can be hosted outdoors).
Outdoor Group Classes are hosted in local parks.
Popular locations include Morley Field, Lake View Park, Mountain Hawk Park, River Park, and Mission Bay Park.

Online sessions are hosted via Google Meet.
Individualized: Exercise programs are personalized to suit YOUR needs, it's not a random "cookie cutter" program.
Accountability: Having a personal trainer helps to maintain accountability and keep you on track to reach your goals!
Variety: Training programs are designed to be fun, engaging and avoid monotonous exercises.
Quicker Results: Train with purpose using your custom training plan and see progress within even a few sessions!
The first session will be exciting and involves meeting with your trainer. We'll set goals, discuss training history, and complete assessments to see where we're at in terms of strength and mobility which provides a baseline. Be prepared to get moving and break a sweat!
You will need to provide your own squat rack and dumbbells. Just kidding! We got you covered and all you need is:
Water bottle
Comfy/breathable exercise attire
Active footwear
A positive attitude to kick butt!
